Carette – A Parisian Institution

What would a morning be like in Paris without a café and a croissant…

Well, THIS morning, we decided to go to the refurbished “Carette” Pâtisserie and Salon de Thé at the Trocadéro, which has been a veritable institution in Paris since the Carette family first opened its doors in 1927.

An inspiration and a delight!

And “quelle ambiance”!

Packed with people meeting up before the Christmas festivities begin…

We decided to go back very soon.
