A few… weeks ago…

We literally stumbled.. on this “petite boutique“…

With its lovely eclectic.. light blue and white façade…

Cosily ensconced on the charming rue Cler.. dans le 7ème arrondissement

A “boutique de niche“… like a ray of light does enchant with its truly authentic.. celebrated Chantilly whipped cream.. bought fresh from “une ferme du Cantal“.. which is in the Auvergne region of France.

Crème Chantilly originated in the kitchens of Chantilly Castle.. during a lavish party given in honour of Louis XIVIts creation is attributed to his “maître d’hôtel“.. the famous François Vatel.. who organized the impressive banquet in the spring of 1671. Voila.

The founders.. Frédéric Denel and Myriam Angelier.. have an enormous passion for their amazingly simple but delectable product, which is made of lightly pasteurised milk with “38% de matières grasses“.

Hardcore fans of this café.. delight in the delicate aroma of their excellent coffee.. the delectable cream-topped expresso’s.. Chanticcinos… accompanied by their adorable Choux Chantilly tiny puffs stuffed “sur place” with the divine cream Chantilly.. or the speciality of the house Les Cornets de Chantilly.. “un cornet rempli de Chantilly.. un mariage entre le croquant du biscuit et l’onctuosité de la crème“…

Also, the beautiful mini Pavlova patisserie.. which is a vision in white, like a graceful swan from the Swan Lake ballet.. topped with “fruits rouges“…
