A visit to the Marais

Had a lovely stroll in the historic “Marais” district of Paris (4th Arrondissement) yesterday, with it’s charming streets and boutiques.

Stopped over at “Le Loir dans la Théière”, a wonderfully rustic restaurant/salon de thé, for a light, healthy lunch, which also serves the most divine, home-made cakes in Paris!

While walking back, also popped into “La Boutique Jaune”, on rue des Rosiers, for a truly authentic Eastern European Apple Strudel. A day of pure indulgence, on a freezing Paris day…
