I… have… a dream…

To return… to the grandeur and majesty… that was France.

I have… a recurring dream…

To elect a President… that befits the intelligence and prestige of a nation… not just a politician who is simply acting as… “President”… rather than having profound substance.

I have… a dream…

To uphold the honour and the ideals of… “Liberté, égalité, fraternité“… the motto that embodied what this great nation aspired for… and believed in.

I do… have a dream…

Of nurturing and honouring… the notion of Democracy of this great nation…

Pride in its patriotism… and the justice of its laws.

France… will be electing its President on May 6th…

We hope… that the candidates on offer… come up to the majesty and greatness of… a “de Gaulle”…

We hope… that the men and women… who are jostling to reach the top of…

“Les coulisses… du pouvoir”…

The corridors of power…

Have the stature… that befits…

This nation… this country… this France…

This is a moment in history… when a great continent… Europe… is fighting for its survival.

We must… should… fight for the survival of a unique brand of people… the logic… the cool-headed intelligence… of the European peoples… in general… and the French in particular.

For without the example… of the unique values and excellence of the European mind… the world will be much impoverished.

Nothing… compares to the…

Social welfare system in this country… nowhere is the education system for higher learning… primary and secondary school… more outstanding.

We should know… for we have experienced it ourselves.

Nothing… compares to the Republican ideals and values… “Républicanisme“… which is a social contract where each citizen is engaged in a direct relationship with the state – that is the envy of…

Other worlds… other nations…

Which is in danger… of being undermined by fanatics.

We must respect and honour… the divine rules of democracy… which makes this country a haven… not only of beauty… but also a safe and just way of life.

In the current disastrous global economy… we must work harder… “ensemble”… for a France that is strong… unified… and great.

We shall not allow ourselves… fragile weaknesses… and the shallow wallowing in the difficulties we are facing…

Instead… we must work harder with a passion… a dedication… to maintain and protect… the survival of this great country.

I have… a beautiful dream…

That we will… walk tall…

And protect… the grandeur of…

This… glorious nation.

This land… of democracy…

This land… of freedom…

That France… will relive its glory… and be led by…

An… inspirational leader…

Who will come up to its glorious history… its grandeur… its greatness.
