Carette - A Parisian Institution

What would a morning be like in Paris without a café and a croissant...

Well, THIS morning, we decided to go to the refurbished "Carette" Pâtisserie and Salon de Thé at the Trocadéro, which has been a veritable institution in Paris since the Carette family first opened its doors in 1927.
